The vacuum kneader adopts a horizontal structure with two propellers in parallel and adopts hydraulic turnover for discharging. It needs to open the vent valve before discharging. The discharging is very fast and clean. After starting the mixing motor, add materials. After feeding, clean the foreign matters at the cylinder mouth, check whether the sealing strip of the upper cover is damaged, cover the cover and press it well, tighten the bolts, and continue mixing. The vent valve must be opened before vacuumizing. It is strictly prohibited to close the vent valve without vacuumizing to cause positive pressure, affect the deformation of the machine and cause damage. The vacuum kneader needs to be repaired and maintained in time after use, otherwise the service life will be reduced.
1、 All lubricating parts shall be filled with oil frequently.
2、 The steam pipeline is not allowed to leak. When the machine is stopped, close the valve and ensure the reliability of the safety valve and pressure gauge.
3、 The belt tightness is appropriate, and it shall be checked, adjusted or replaced regularly.
4、 There shall be no leakage of raw materials at the sealing part of wallboard.
5、 The machine shall be overhauled after six months of operation, check the damage degree of vulnerable parts, and make appropriate adjustment and replacement.
